Elaine has been a professional writer for five years and has written across various niches, specializing in science, food, and health. Her lifelong love of science began with a fascination for space and dinosaurs as a child and led to a passion for chemistry in her late teens. As an educator, she teaches a broad range of subjects within science and loves to research emerging advancements in science, particularly in the fields of nutrition and anti-aging.
Education
Elaine has an honors degree in Forensic and Analytical Chemistry from the University of Strathclyde and returned to the same university for her PGDE in Teaching.
