This method of results viewing is an effective way for your audience to ascertain the information in a short period of time. A graph has the ability to show grouped results from the questionnaire in a way that makes their relationship to one another apparent.

Consider accompanying the conclusion report for a completed questionnaire with a visually compelling graph that conveys the most information in the least amount of time.

Step 1

Divide the answers from the questionnaire into categories and assign one point to each response that falls into that category. Keep in mind, you may need to create a "no response" or "other" category for answers that do not fit into the selected categories.
